Your place is guaranteed once full payment has been received.

Joining instructions including outline of the day and venue details will be issued by email once you have booked a place.

Once you have booked a place you are advised to arrange course cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events which may prevent you from attending. Insurance is particularly important during the winter months when there is more likelihood of travel disruption due to inclement weather.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of booking onto a course. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. After this period no refunds will be given.

If you arrive late on the day of the course the class will still finish at the planned time and you do not have the right to move your place to an alternative date.

In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled you will be offered an alternative course date otherwise a full refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred for travel, accommodation etc.

In exceptional circumstances and purely at my sole discretion, I may agree to move your class to another date. Please note that this will involve administration, further advertising and additional associated costs therefore an administration fee will be charged.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
